Mario Testino, Private View

This is a large thick book that is very well bound. It is an exhibition catalog held in Shanghai showing a large selection of Testino's past and present photographs. The photos are colorful, large and crisp and the book ends with a photo legend where all the photos are reproduced on a much smaller scale and each has a caption with the date.The only quibbles I have with this book is that for those who have some of Testino's previous books, they will encounter some repetitions. Also at the beginning of the book, I felt that many pages were lost to printing the introduction and forward in both English and Chinese. Yes the exhibition was held in China but the translation could have been saved to non-English editions, as those pages could have been used to show more photographs instead, but this is just my own humble opinion.Aside from this, this is an attractive book and would be a nice addition to any collection of fashion photography.

It was my dream to have all of his significant works in one book...Thanks G-d it was finally released! The book cover is a masterpiece in 3D with Lady Gaga on it!

Unique Design!

Nice design with the molded lastic case.this book comes in 3 diffrent colours, and you can not decide waht colour you will receive. It is available in pink, violet and green. Pay attention with the inner side of the plastic case, the black side, this is not that well made as the front of it. The book is big, great photos, very good quality for the binding, cover and paper. This is signed by Mario Testion and it is the collector limited edition.
